It's late but I am posting anyway.  Made it to Chicago though we got a late start.  I had to go to the hair dresser and she was late.  Hope all is well in KY.  It is COLD.  Just had to tell everyone I got a bonus before leaving KY.  A woman very dear to me told me she had something for me that she thought I could wear.  She gave me 2 brand new suits, tags still on them, one had pants to match, one jogging suit new and one suit that looks like new.  I did not buy these type suits when I was working.  Needless to say it made my day.  I really appreciate these new blessings that weight loss has brought me.  I did all the driving so my intake was limited. Could only eat a few pieces of gyro meat and did not dare eat the bread.

A day late here and trying to go by my poor memory!

B:  6 p-nut butter and crackers

L:  6 grilled shrimp, chips and salsa and guacamole
S:  2 pieces SF turtles
D:  3/4 grilled tilapia filet, few bites of a baked potatoe, and a few bites of salad
