Muscle Milk Light

Well as you all know, I started my pre-op diet on Friday.  I had to start getting some protein into my diet as well. I found this protein called "Muscle Milk "light".  This stuff is really good and it comes in a variety of flavors.  It is sold at ride aide, walmart, GNC, and walgreens.  It is very good even if you mix it with water, which is what i have to do because i cannot have milk..  So if you can try it..

don't try the bars....they taste like candy so I am thinking high sugar.,...but, man are they like dessert.

Let me know how you like it. The next time I am in Rite Aide I will check out the label on one of the bars.  I didn't think there was a great tasting protein shake out there, but man this one really taste fantastic!!!  have a GREAT day!!!
