Once was enough for me
okay....for the first time I can truly say that today I got stuck and I did it big time! I thought I was going to die people! Everyone was freaking out because I was in so much pain and hanging over the throne.
...can you believe they were trying to get me to talk! I said I was ok..just stuck...but Dale freaked and thought I meant choking. I did the foamies and all! I never EVER want to do that again! Needless to say...I drank liquids the rest of the day! Freaked me out and hurt like a mother! I ate some chicken way to fast and did not chew as well as I should have because I waited too long and was starving! My bad!
