Hi All, kinda went carb crazy today on hard candy but I've got my head back on. It's hard adjusting to restriction so late in the game but I am adjusting.

Z, you are so good at posting this!!!  And it sure is evidenced in your success!!!  OK, here's Saturday's stats for me:

B. tall pumpkin spice latte & later a South Beach protein bar
L.  grilled fish, beans and about 2 oz. rice
D. cheeseburger, no bun, followed by a Twisted bar
Snack 1 sf ff fudgesicle, another tall pumpkin spice latte
Did better with water today, but still need to improve
ADD: 35 minutes swimming

Ok, it's Sunday- a day for church & family for us.  Can't wait to see the grandkids!
