Thanks Dawn. Sometimes I am happy with myself then start thinking about where I would have been had I did better. With all of you out there going through the same thing making the same mistakes it helps me to get a grip, keep my mouth shut and relish in the fact that we all fall short and then we get it back together.
The best thing we all did was take action to get our lives under control.

Oh Annie, thank God for internet friends. You guys make me really work on myself. My head is the biggest thing on my body. I will tell you an awfully vain thing about me. I've practiced expressions in the mirror so no matter when my picture is taken I know the exactly what my face will look like. Humility, I'll be working on it next year too.

Thanks B for the compliment, I really do feel good and look very nice in my clothes. That means more to me than I realized. Obviously low self esteem was not one of my problems but I was not totally blind to the fact that my body did more than jiggle when I walked and it was not a pretty picture.
