Follow up with dr.

Went to my dr today and he says everything is going great with me. And is glad about the weight I've lost.

He said my omentum is what is causing my pain. He said it is infamed. They have to cut through this to do your surgery.
Your omentum is a a fold of the peritoneum connecting the stomach and the abdominal viscera forming a protective and supportive covering.

He put me on an antibotic and more pain pills. He said I do not have an infection but the antibotics should help with my problem.

Sorry to hear that you've had so much pain- at least you now know what's going on there.  Hopefully you are now on road to recovery.  Weight loss wise, it souns like you're doing great!!!

So glad to hear it's not something with your new stomach. Hopefully you are on the road to full recovery now. When do you go back to the Doc. again? Just wondering how often you will see him after surgery.   

Ok the app yesterday was the follow from surgery. My next app is in Feb. for a 3 month check up and i will also have blood drawn a week before my app. So we can go over the lab. results.

Is he going to do a follow-up on your pain meds? I am glad to hear that the dr. figured it out. Feel Better!!!

If I'm still hurting in 2 weeks I have to call and make an app. And we will then talk about if there is anything else that can be done.

I really hope I'm better by then. This just waiting and staying in all the time is killing me.
