my insides are quivering, any ideas what could be wrong?

for the last 2 weeks, i get spells of shaking really bad, my insides are quivering, and my hands are shaking really bad, I feel bad. I woke up this morning shaking, my brother ran his blood glucose tester down to me,and it was 84, I know that isn't considered low, so I don't know what else it could be. any ideas at all? I hate going to the dr,. they probably won't know either, or just bru**** off as nothing.

Wish I could help you... If it's been going on for 2 weeks, I'd probably get it checked out by a Doctor..

I have not had surgery so don't know if it could be related.  To me it sounds like your blood sugar level is too low.  I forgot one time and took two shots and felt like my insides were shaking where if someone was to look at me they would have seen my whole body shaking.  Could your brothers meter not be testing correctly?  I think I would call my doctor and see if you could come in and have the nurse check your sugar level.
