Just wanted to let you know that I finally have gotten over than mark that I was complaining about Tuesday night and have lost 100.5 pounds. It seemed like it would never happen but finally it did.

Thank you both. It feels so good to be over that hurdle. When I got on the scale this morning, I screamed. Obviously it was loud, because I woke Jimmie up and he kept asking me what was wrong. It took me a few minutes to be able to tell him. I think he though someone was killing me. lol

Thanks Vicki and Sandi. I can't believe it. I've told everyone today that I've lost 100 pounds. I don't want to get it in my head that I'm done though but I didn't think this would happen.

Vicki, would I scare Dr. Rod to death if I hugged him? I'm so happy I could right now.
