Really tired tonight.  Ate out tonight then went tanning.  Not a very eventful day.

Today's Intake:

B:  1/2 egg, 1/2 slice toast
L:  topping of a mushroon Lean Cuisin pizza and may 1/4 of the crust
S:  WW black cherry yogurt
D:  1/2 cheese enchilada, 1/2 bean burrito, and a few chips w/ salsa
S:  I am stuffed and not going to have one!

Exercise:  Still not happening...........why can I not get motivated????

Getting ready for bed......yes, I know it is only 8pm!

Sorry I'm so late, got busy washing and trying to get things together.  Going to Chicago next to visit with my daughters and old friends up there.  Here what ate today.
