Is it Friday yet?  I can't wait for the weekend.  
Today was a busy day at work as usual.  FINALLY got the sewer pump replaced!!!!  There was a delay in receiving the new one due to yesterday being a holiday.  Thank God it is done!!!
Have had a good evening.  Cooked dinner, tanned, dying my hair to cover the gray roots :), and talked to my best friend for a while on the phone.

Today's Intake:

B:   3/4 of a protein bar
S:   2 bites of mandarin oranges, 4 crackers w/ p-nut butter
L:   Soy rib patty, one slice tomatoe, one pickle slice, 4 potatoe wedges - this was way too much food and my stomach hurt really bad afterwards.....hope I didn't stretch my pouch!
D:   3 oz. broiled shrimp, 2 TBsp. rice, 1/4 c. steamed veggies
S:   3 more oz. shrimp and a bite of rice, 1/2 whole wheat roll

(I am adding more carbs and calories as my blood sugar has been dropping again and I am trying to maintain my weight and stop losing for now.)

Exercise:   Only walking at work now.  Need to do something terribly!

Today has been a little screwy....didn't eat much but i've also been a bonehead....you'll see what I mean below.....
