Question about being sick and the band
Ok... Well my household is going through this crud.. coughing, stuffy head, ear infections.etc..etc.. I'm alot better then the rest of my family BUT i have this nagging dry hard cough...Mostly at night and in the morning.... I'm worried that coughing so much can hurt my band?? IS this a dumb question???
I've been sucking on some throat and cough drops and picked up some Vicks Cough Med.

I've wondered the same thing as I have a pretty strong cough going on right now myself. I'm actually wondering if I'm getting a good old case of bronchitis which I used to get 2 times a winter like clockwork when I was a working girl (hubby says I eat bon-bons now). I don't think I've ever seen any mention of coughing causing issues but would love to hear if someone knows otherwise!

Coughing sucks but as far as I know it hasn't hurt Band-aid yet.. We will find out tuesday thought for sure..
It sucks to cough though.. ugh
