Accountability: Diet and Exercise Monday November 10, 2008

Hey Everyone.  Hope all is well with you guys.
I worked today.  Put away laundry tonight.   Cleaned out my purse, updated check book, and replaced my old checks with my new ones (with my maiden name) - what a job that was! 
Also got my passport in so I am pumped about that! I am legal to leave the country now!!!! 
Talked to my best friend who has gotten approved for surgery.  I am soooo excited for her!!!!!

Today's Intake:

B:  1 egg, 1 slice toast, 3 slices kiwi
L:   4 p-nut butter and crackers and a dark chocolate hershey's stick
S:  3 bite size crab cakes
D:  1 slice toast w/2 slices soy bacon and a slice of cheese, 1/2 c. navy beans
S:  SF Rice Pudding

I am still hungry so may go eat ???   toast w/ p-nut butter

Exercise:   None.  Went out this evening and it simply is getting too dark too early to get my walks in.  So I went tanning instead.  Have got to start going to the training center at work and hit the tread mill.  They also have weights and god knows I need the toning.....have just got to make the time to do it.

Leslie it seems like you are getting your life in order.  Congrats to you and your friend with her upcoming surgery.  Hi to everyone else that peeps in or contributes.  Hope all are having a good day.  I  had to resort to mushing my spagetti today.  Guess the band did not like me being out in the cold today.  Drinking hot tea now.  Hope you all enjoy your chat time before meeting.
