Either I'm doing it wrong.. Or Fitday is JUST too time consuming!!!!! Trying to find the right foods and adjusting calories etc..etc.. ugh

1/2 cup egg beaters
1 slice cheese
1 yogurt

1wrap with 2oz ham
onions and tomatoes
1 oz ff chips

Twisted bar

lean cuisine

I found these GREAT wraps at the deli in Walmart.. I think they might even be Flatbreads or something like that.. 90 calories and 9 grams of protein and they are pretty darn good!

Made it to the gym too.

Hey Ladies!  I missed posting yesterday.............yesterday seems so long ago.
Worked all day yesterday 8 am - midnight!  Not by choice.
Worked until 6:30 tonight and I am going back in tomorrow - think I will sleep in though!!!

Can't remember what I ate yesterday but I know I had some tuna and a soy burger at some point.

After work this evening, I went to the tanning bed for a little relaxation.  Came home, showered, ate and lounged.  Getting ready for bed and I don't think I will have any problems sleeping.

Today's Intake:

B:  1/2 biscuit and 1 egg from McDonalds
L:   soy chicken patty
S:   Dorito's and yogurt
D:   Cucumber slices and pita chips w/ french dressing
S:   slice toast w/ peanut butter
(Needed more protein today!)

Exercise:  Nada.....unless you count walking for about 8 hrs. straight yesterday.  Yes - I think that should count.

Z...I hear ya on the food prices. What kills me is they say they have to raise thembecause of the price of fuel and shipping etc...Well the gas prices have dropped...why not the food prices....Do they think we are stupid? This is why so many people planted gardens here this year. We have crappy soil at this house so I go to the farmers markets and get it straight from the growers!
Sandi...gotta agree with you on the fitday. I still use daily plate. I just like it and it stores stuff I eat on a reg basis! ....Ok...on with the show!

B; 3 cups coffee with splenda and creamer
ham and cheese croissant (Mr B ate the egg)

L: Pork tenderloin sandwich and 4 onion rings (and heartburn the rest of the night)

D: No way!...did eat some ramen noodles and a couple triscuts about 8 to try to relax and settle my growling stomach down.

No snack!
