101 Pounds Lost

I have reached my goal! 
I am one pound below goal at 149.  It feels great to be there but honestly I am worried that I may keep losing............so a sort of bittersweet moment for me.
I do know that I am very happy with my loss and the changes I have experienced over the past 8 months....well 9 really - 250 was my highest weight and I was at 240 on surgery day.  It has been a long road but well worth the trip.

that is just fantastic Leslie, I don't think I am ever gonna reach goal, I have lost 7 pounds since sept 4th, I am just stalled I guess, but better than gaining, huh. your pics looks great. also I found out tonight, they are doing weight loss in pburg now, and they have support group meetings, I am gonna call and find out if we can come to them. the next one is Dec. 3rd

Oh that would be wonderful!
Please let me know if we can go.  God knows I need it!
