Had a better day at work and actually got to do some work.
Went to dinner at Reno's with my son - our own time together for his birthday.  He has changed his plans and is going on a hunting trip to VA with my brother after school tomorrow. He is looking forward to it.

Hadn't weighed myself for a week so I got on the scales this morning - weighed in at 149.  Now I am happy to lose weight.  But I honestly don't want to lose anymore.  I am good where I am.   Wonder if anyone else feels this way.  Does people have a hard time stopping the weight loss?

Today's intake:

B:  Banana
S:  1/2 PBJ (uncrustable)
L:   Tuna pack and small pack of Dorito's
S:   slice of rye toast w/ kraut and cheese
D:   5 grilled shrimp, garden salad w/ ranch dressing and cheese, handful of peanuts (Reno's)
S:   A yogurt if anything

Exercise:   Didn't happen today.

Hope everyone is doing well tonight.  Tomorrow is my late day at work and I normally don't go in until 12:30pm  but I am going in at 8:00 am.   Lots to do!  Also working Sat. and may work late that day too - so my posts and accountabilities may be MIA for a couple of days.  Take care.

Hi there!!

Leslie, I remember a post from LaChelle where Dr. Shina placed her on 6 meals a day for maintenance.  My sister is also where you are.  She doesn't want to lose anymore but her body isn't cooperating just yet.  She's about a size 4 right now.  My mom is on the same boat although she's a bandster.  She's going to have a little fluid removed to help her gain just a little.  Are you adding calories yet?

Z, is the band being fickle or maybe a tad too tight?

Vicki, how did the Y-thing go for you tonight??

Dawn, so what would a moderate level of sexual activity burn in the way of calories??

LeAnn, did I read you were feeling bad?  How are ya?

No exercise for me today.  It was in the plans but I got too busy around here with cleaning closets until it was too late to go out to the YMCA.

I too may be MIA over the weekend.  Richard has to go to Atlanta over the weekend for training on a new product.  Gracie and I are going along to play at the hotel pool and maybe go to the Medieval Times dinner show!  I'm sure we are taking a laptop but ya never know about access while traveling until you've got it up and running!

My YMCA experience Becka was great.  We got there at 10 and shw went over the 12 week program she wants Bob and I on and then took us to the 3 machines that we have to work on for 4 weeks its all cardio right now and have to build up my endurances over the 4 weeks. 

It felt good at the time and felt great after even went to Value City and walked around and then to Catos and then to KMart I needed a couple workout outfits and shoes bad.

I got a pair of neat K Swiss at Value City since they are going out of buriness they were a 50.00 pair of shoes and got them for 30.00 and got some yoga pants and a couple tank tops at K Mart.  Catos had so much stuff on sale and Bob kindly turned me around and out the door we were I could have done a lot of damage in there and he told me to step away from the sales rack

No Breakfast

Lunch  1/2 of a small chili from Wendys and a bacon jr cheeseburger minus the bun

Dinner- 4  chicken fries with honey to dip them in and a SF orange jello

Snack- protein bar

Hi all...I did really good today with cal...but after going to the Taste of Salem...let's just say i over did it and would literally welcome . I am so nauseated and tried going for a walk...no help! I guess I sill just have to wait it out! Needless to say I am not tracking or reporting tonight. Just not possible. I did get 72 ozs of water in though! Yeah!!!!
