Yes they have childcare there too... infact while we were there a mother brought her 4 week old baby in while she exercised which I am old school and little early to be taken out a baby to a public daycare like that with flu season right around the corner

I'm with you on that one!  There is this lady at my Y who just had her 7th baby.  She's ALWAYS there.  Even at 9 months pregnant she was toolin' away on the eliptical machine.  Anyway, she hasn't been taking the baby to the childcare.  She coat checks the other 6  and then keeps the baby in the carrier right beside her favorite machine.  The baby sleeps while she gets her groove on!

She's a German lady so me and my friend's refer to her as Maria Von Trapp since she has so many kids.  As often as I see her I have no idea what her real name is.  Gracie has told me her kids are mean though!  Then again, mine's spoiled rotten....

Von Trapp thats funny  I will check on the fitlink tomorrow with the trainer.

Everyone I know that has gone to the water classes swear by how much it helps them in the way they feel and in their weight loss. I think you should give it a try. When is your DH's surgery? It looks like you are losing well, the fill must be working for you. I get my 2nd on Friday.

We go tuesday for dr to discuss options and select possible surgery date...with the last fill, i feel a little restriction,....not a whole lot...but i am trying to keep from munching...i know me...sometimes i catch myself thinking about getting something to eat and then realize i am not even hungry..just my head....
i believe the lady i talked with at church stated discount given to members belonging to certain worksites.,,state goverment,teachers ,etc.,, maybe a possibility for reduced rate..for "Y"...i definitely would like to check it out after Larry's surgery...
Annie i hope your 2nd fill goes okay....i think after the fill when you do one day liquids and one day mushies, it jump starts weight loss again...it seemed to do that for me...

When you go tomorrow check to see if the macines there are hooker up to what they call Fittlinx.  It's a computer program that tracks your progress.
