Hi Dawn    Things are still not great here but I am maintaining.  The ex is living in the extra bedroom until he transfers with his job.  Hoping it won't be much longer.....but then I dread the financial burdens.

Still sick but went to work anyway.  Got lots done but have even more to do.  It is going to be a busy week - really a busy month as we have an audit coming up on the 18th!

The sewer pump is being worked on as I type.   Just got news that the motor is burned up and they are going to have to get a new one.  Think that tampons are the cause of the problem.  Since I am the only lady in the house, I guess it is my fault.   I have been regular every month since surgery, sooooo......damn this wls.  lol

Got to do some housework then going to bed early.  I have become such a "go to bed with chickens person".

Today's Intake:

B:   1/2 protein bar, 1/2 banana
S:   Handful of dorito's
L:   Tuna pack, 1/2 banana
S:   1/2 protein bar, few dorito's
D:   1 c. taco soup (made with soy crumbles and beans), added cheese
S:   Either a slim bear ice cream or a kiwi fruit

Exercise:   Walked 1.2  miles at the track this evening.  It got dark on me and I was afraid to walk more  :(

I had a fill yesterday so I am on liquids today yuck yuck yuck


1/2 can of pureed campbells bean with bacon


1 cup of  no sugar added fat free ice cream- it slides down as I am tight right now I can feel it like a lump in my throat


lots and lots of water, kool-aid and propel..... cant wait till tomorrow I get to go to mushies

no exercise today, I overdid it yesterday and sore today..... I go tomorrow and meet with the trainer at the Y as my Dr is making me use a trainer the first couple weeks

OK OK....let me go over to fitday and plug my sorry day in and i'll be back in a few!

I'm back and that wasn't as painful as I thought!!  Not a bad day either!!

I also did my workout thing today!  40 minutes on the weight machines and then a 30 minute marathon bike ride (Richard is a damn drill sargent I tell ya!) this evening!

I kinda like this fitday thing!  With a little monkeying around I was even able to figure out what 7 pieces of Skittles candy would be!

Well crap...am I the only one left to try fitday? Guess I will have to give it a try at some point. i am just stuck on mydailyplate.....

See.....I am into the candy too! it is hard to stay out of it!! I am sending more to school today! I am going to try to do better with the food though. i have got to get back on track now because if I don't, the holidays will do me in! Anyone else having problems with getting in their fluids?

 LeeAnn, im getting bad about not doing the liquids.... really bad.. I was wanting a fill tuesday but.. Im not sure I should considering how much I keep getting stuck FROM NOT EATING SLOW!!!!!!!! I want this weight off though so I guess I will.. Yep Becca, im taking your approach on it.. hehehe... Im getting  stingy!! I havent exercised in forever... ugh I need a labatomy!!

No Lee Ann - I haven't tried the fitday either!  I tried the dailyplate but figured I could just type it up as fast without it!
As I get further out - it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep tabs of my calories. 
I pretty much count the proteins in my head now..................simply out of habit.
