Accountability: Diet and Exercise Monday Nov. 3, 2008
I was still sick this morning. Haven't slept well for 2 nights. Went to the Dr. this afternoon - got some meds for allergies and an antibiotic for sinus infection. They forgot to call in my Diflucan - I usually ask for that when I get an antibiotic to prevent a yeast infection. Gotta keep the important parts healthy! lol So- I will call them tomorrow and hopefully pick it up after work tomorrow.
Had lunch with my ex, a friend from work and his new girlfriend. I didn't feel as awkward as I thought I would. It went ok. Did a little shopping before my Dr. appt. Got a pair of slacks (size 6) and a sweater (size M) at Fashion Bug. I am REALLY needing winter clothes!!!!!
Also have a plumber coming again tomorrow evening - the sewage pump isn't working. My ex dug it up so it shouldn't take them too long to fix it.
Today's Intake:
B: 1/2 biscuit, 1 slice cheese
S: SF apple cider
L: 1 filet of flounder, 3 bites brocolli, and 1/2 baked potatoe w/ sour cream and butter (Bob Evans)
S: 1 oz. hot and spicy peanuts, and 1/2 c. OJ mixed with water
D: 3/4 c. Homemade taco soup, 6 chips, 1/4 c. shredded mexican cheese
S: Probably a few bites of fresh pomegranite and/or kiwi fruit
Exercise: Although I was sick, I walked 1.2 miles at the track while I waited for my RX's to get ready......and I laid in the tanning bed :)
Think I will take my medicine and go to bed as I have to get up early for work. Hope everyone has a great night and a good election day tomorrow!

Hope things get better. Glad you and the ex are working together.
