Attention LapBand patients in Southeastern KY...

At my company, the Barbourville Mountain Advocate, we publish an infrequent magazine called "Southeast Kentucky Health & Wellness Magazine," a very professional magazine, quality not unlike ObesityHelp's magazine itself. 

With the Knox County Hospital now offering the LapBand, we decided to do a feature section in the magazine on the doctors and the procedure itself.  If you are in this region, or even possibly have had your surgery done there, I would love to hear your story and may publi**** in the magazine.

I am interested in everything... growing up, relationships, health issues before and after, reasons you chose LapBand vs. other forms of surgery (which will be touched on briefly in our story), your battles for paying for the procedure, how you did pay for it, etc.

If we do publish your story, I will send you two copies of the magazine to keep.  For all others, I will be glad to send a PDF of the magazine where you can read it using Adobe Acrobat Reader.  When it's ready I'll post on here a link to download the magazine, or I can send it to you directly in e-mail should you request it.

The magazine will be finished by Nov. 14, so I need your story ASAP to consider using it.  Any photos would be great as well.
