Accountability: Diet and Exercise Nov 2, 2008 - Sunday
Today's Intake:
B: 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 slice toast
S: 6 crackers w/ cheese, 2 bites of left over B-day cake (didn't have any at the party!)
L: 3 oz. shrimp, 2 bites rice, 1 c. Hot and Sour soup w/ tofu
S: 1 veggie patty
S: 1 banana
D: I am late having dinner hence the 2 previous "snacks".....getting ready to go get something.......I am thinking cheese on toast, and some cucumber slices!
Exercise: Not happening today.........resuming walks in the morning!

Glad you posted Leslie, I was more tired that I thought. Sat down to watch tv and it ended up watching me. Just woke up to go to bed. Had a good day. I will check out your pics tomorrow. Take care, Z
O realized I need more protein but grabbed the Luna bar instead, guess I mentally needed the carb. Oh well.
