Good Mornin'

Well did everyone survive last night? Did everyone behave with the candy? Not me...I ate 4 pieces and was nauseated after the last one. Guess being away from it pretty much curbed those craving...except for the occassional reese cup! Never tire of those! Braedyn stayed awake and outside with us for the entire time. he made some new friends (other babies) and never got scared once! Yeah! Aubrey helped pass out candy...her first time! She loved it as much as I did. Braedyn's other grandma (mamaw is her choice) came over and sat with us as well. Aubrey cannot wait to take him next year. Alot of dads out there with their kids as well! I was glad to see that! Did anyone notice how many parents dressed up for the occassion as well! We had 2/3 of the parent in costume! Too kool! We really got to rocking around 7:30...after all the businesses had finished their halloween festivities. We were down a little on our # of kids...but it was still fun. We estimated 400 or so.....lots of cute costumes...homemade ones were really great too! I liked them the best because they were really original ideas....Jack in the box, sponge bob, mummy's. dorothy from wiz of oz, honey pot from winnie the pooh, dinner table (it was kool) ...just alot of imagination and time and very little cost! Sarah wore her bath towel wrap (zebra stripe with flip flop and black legging and her hair pulled up on top in a bone and tiger tooth pony tail holder and was Pebbles. She just loves a reason to dress up! I love halloween as much as Christmas and hop all the kids had as much fun as we did! Post those pics parents...let us see your kids! Vicki did and her grandbabies were adorable..and goulish!

I had no problem with the candy.  Sam spent 1/2 hour in the candy asle looking at what gave you the most bang for your buck and what I would not eat.  So I gave out smarties.  Had about 200 kids of all ages and 1 dog (he got the doggie treat... I don't eat those either). The dog was dressed as a Moeler Football player (the are a Div. 1 team in the playoffs).  We had a losing bengal player (necer seen a winnning one, at least not in years).  I really liked the little lady bugs.  We sat in our drive with our naieghbors and Sam built a fire in the fire pit. Some nice family time. I would love a reeces about noe.  I am off to the gym for my Saturday morning class.

Good morning all! We had such a nice time last night with Lee Ann. The girls really had a blast! Thanks again for everything!  They were do tired by the time we got back home, we only went to a few houses and a few businesses, and then they were ready to go home!  We were too! LOL

I will get the pictures uploaded later this evening.  I have to get ready for work in a bit, so it will be a tonight thing!

Hope everyone has a wonderful November day!  It is going to be gorgeous!  I wish I could get out and enjoy it.  Oh well.

By the way, I did a final tally on my excercise.......wooooo hoooooo! Those field trips, and the 3 mile walk really came in handy!  That was fun!

someone pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee do a candy intervention on me...... I have some restriction but I guess not enough.. I ate candy for the last three days.. it was TOM but I dont think thats it... I think this might need its own post it has been so bad.....
   Kate really wasnt in to trick or treating.. she wanted to hand out candy more than anything... 
   Saw Todd's cousins  who hasnt seen me in awhile and they were all amazed... it was funny...one guy said I know that voice, but who the heck is that? lol....
   Saw my oldest friend, have barely seen her in a year, and she was amazed... she knew me when I was teenager, I dont think I was this small then... lol
    Watching Katelyn hand out candy was priceless.. got to take the garage door back and go to chuck e cheese! ughhhhh.... i need junk intervention!! someone help me!!!

OK, last night I did AWESOME on the food!!  Not so AWESOME on the candy...I had two or three Twizzlers and a FULL SIZED Snickers (first one of those in OVER a year!)

Anyway, we had a ball last night!!  We took the tractor and trailer that was still loaded with hay over to our friend's subdivision and took all the kids trick-or-treating on the hayride.  Richard and I decided to dress up for it too.  At first I wasn't wearing my outfit out the front door but I finally got up the nerve after a little self talk!  I was ONEder Woman, Richard was Superman and Gracie was Super Girl!  This pic was emailed to me from my friend but I have Gracie's picture on my camera which I'll upload here in a few minutes!

 

Great!!!  And your husband's expression...exactly what MY husband would do!  I love it!

Hubba, Hubba, ONEder Woman!!! I want to use that costume NEXT Year. Did OK with candy, ate one 80 cal. snack snickers, Larry ate the rest of the sack 18 in all X 80, didn't gain an oz and I'm the fat one.grrrrr.
