Accountability: Diet and Exercise Friday Oct. 31, 2008

My biggest goal today was to get my butt to work!  LOL
I went in at 12:30 and was anxious to get there as I had lots to do.  Have already went for a 2 mile walk this morning - and froze!!!  I did wear 2 layers of clothes, gloves, and a toboggan.  Then I went to the tanning bed to thaw out.

Tried to plan my foods today so here goes:

B:   1 slice cheese, 1/2 slice toast, and a sugar cookie (damn those - have got to stop baking them!)
S:   1/2 of a left over Tilapia filet (Princess- the cat got the other 1/2!) , and 3 pita chips
L:    Veggie Burger w/ 1/2 bun and no mayo
S:    Tuna and handful of Dorito's
D:    Chocolate EAS protein drink - HAD TUNA INSTEAD
S:    6 P-nut butter and crackers (this has worked GREAT as my last snack of the day - it keeps my blood sugar from dropping too low at night)

Exercise:   2 miles at the track    I feel so much better when I get my walks in.   My next goal is to start some type of strength training and toning with weights....aiming for Jan. 09.

I need to pack a bag for the weekend.  I am going to VA after work tomorrow.   My nephew is 1 year old and his party is Saturday  evening.   I wouldn't miss it for the world!  Will try to post some pics when I get back and they can also count as my 8 month photos - since I haven't done those yet!!!

Band is fickle since so I only ate spoonfuls of food.

Well...i fell asleep by ten last night ...exhausted! So here is my intake:

B: CIB

L: Chicken nuggets and fries

D: left over stromboli w/ crack tea

S: snack size snickers, reese cup, twizzler, and something else...cannot remember what though! All that candy...just couldn't stay out of it! Use to be I would have sat and ate way more than that!
