Yesterdays Visit to Dr regarding my leg and back
The hamstring is not healing and the pain is intense at times. I am going to start 3 visits at Frazier rehab at the Y in Jeffersonville, and they will show me how to do my on physical therapy on the leg and strengthen my back some. I am also going to have a traction set up for my lower back at home to relieve the pinched nerve. My first appt to PT is Monday
He is continuing me on the NSAIDs, the pain medication and also a muscle relaxer (can we say I will be loopy)

Just an FYI, I was on that same drug combo of Nsaids/pain killer/Muscle relaxers (although I'm sure the actual medictions could be diff) and I had no back pain but kept having RAGING headaches. Dr. Milan finally fessed up and told me everything he had me on was sodium based and he had to change a few things out to get rid of the headaches.
Just wanted to give you a heads up in case you get a headache!
Take care!
Now I'm back to paying my bills online!
TTFN!!

Hun..you need to take it easy....I did the back strengthening exercises and bo did it help! I still do them just to keep it strong (back muscles) and keep strain on my back to a minimum. Core strengthening is what my PT called it. Hope you get this resolved soon!
