9 MONTHS... WHICH WOULD U DO?

   I have 9 months of insurance left... would you have another baby... or get plastic surgery??? Im 30 pounds from where I want to be BUT I could settle for where Im at if I could get a tummy tuck....  I know in jan I am going to put Kate in daycare down here a few days a week and plan to join a gym or curves while she is there.. I can afford that with not paying gas back and forth to Louisville!!! woohhooo...
  So my bestest  support peeps.. what would you do??

Hey Dawn, heres my thinking.....say I got pregnant and in 9 months I had a baby, God forbid anything would happen but what if there were complications either with me or the baby and now my insurance has ran out.
Also, if it were me, I would be afraid that I couldnt lose the baby weight and there I'd be back in the same boat of being overweight.
Keep in mind I can say all these things as I do not have kids and no plans to have any either so its easier for me to rationalize life with out them.
So there ya go...my 2 cents....lol

Here's my humble opinion:

If you and Todd definately want another child I think that should come BEFORE plastics. 

I guess this would be a question for the plastic surgeon at the next support group but I'd think that the act of being pregnant would wreck the tummy tuck if you had it first.

Will your insurance pay for the TT? 

If you had another baby Todd's insurance would cover you wouldn't it? 

Big decisions!!  Glad I'm not making them!  I had my tubes sniped, tied and burned on the ends the day Gracie was born.  Sometimes I regret it but I know I had no business having anymore when I was pushing 40. 

 Todd's insurance will cover the baby and me having one.. Todd's insurance wont cover the tummy tuck... Far as I know anyway... He wants another one... I am on the fence... Traci, im a lil worried about loosing the weight but I know My band will be there to help with that... Im worried about my mental status gaining the weight.. ya know?? Becca if ur still on text me.. please I cant find my bleeping phone and dont have long distance on my home phone!!! lol

I would say if you want another one then you should go for it! You are a stong person and can get that baby weight off. I would not let that be the reason for not having another bundle of joy. Think of how great they are and how happy you will be with another child to love unconditionally. I know a tummy tuck sounds great but maybe later on down the road you will have the oppurinity for it again. I would seriously think about it all and see which is more important to you. But I believe you have made it this far in your journey and nothing will hold you back from being a sucess. Just do not let yourself get out of control and then you will not gain much. I know I am only 24 and I have a 2 year old and I know here in the next year or so I want another one. Yes the weight thing has crossed my mind and worries me but then I look at my baby girl and it reminds me that they are so worth it! Talk to your husband about it you will need his support and help as well with making this decision so its the right one for your relationship too.

Thats a tough decision.

I would love to have another baby,im to old.lol
But i would be happy with myself and my body first and if you still want a little one i go for it then..

Hard questions!!!! I would do plastics as a VERY LAST THING.. after your done having babies and ALLLLL that stuff!!!

Seriously thats ALOT to think about!!! Do you BOTH want to have another baby? and your husbands insurance will pay for that... Will your current insurance pay for a TT?  hmmmm

For me personally - I'd have the TT. 
You said you are on the fence about whether or not to have another child.  If YOU aren't 100 % sure you want another baby - then I say DON"T DO IT!
It is your body and you have worked hard to get where you are...........not to mention it looks GREAT!
This is truly only a decision you can make.  You know how you honestly feel inside.
I am wondering what your husband will say if you tell him you may not want another baby?????
Would adoption be an option down the road????
