One Of our Kentucky sisters on this board lost her father Sept 14th , it was unexpected death. Its Our friend Joy on here. Please keep her and her family in our prayers, She never posted , she had so much going on...thanks Everyone.

Thanks so much Missy. We can use all the love, thoughts and prayers that we can get. Still going through hell with this. Sometimes feels like it will never get better.

Just a lil note to warn all pre and post ops. GET YOUR PROTEIN IN EVERYDAY!!! I have done rather crappy with mine since day 1 and I am paying dearly with VERY slow weight loss, major hair loss, and all out feelin like shit! PLEASE!!!! Follow your program's rules!!
