Ok...I have alot to do tonight so I figured I would start this thread tonight!. Hope everyone had a good day...we actually got some light flurries...you do not want to hear what i said when i saw them...trust me! Anyways......

I havent had a good start today at all. I fell today in the yard coming back from picking up Marcus from school cause he missed the bus and walking up the yard my left leg gave way and I went down grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr so now I have an appt tomorrow with my Dr again and Bob is going with me this time. I guess we are going to need to talk to him about my options to get this leg and back better. So today I have had
2 20oz bottles of water
1 diet big red
1 100 calorie pack of lorna doones
Supper I fixed enchilladas for Bob and I will just use the meat for me in a couple of taco shells with low fat cheddar cheese

B: Bagel with cream cheese
L: Veggie burger no mayo and 1/2 bun, few bites of a salad with honey mustard sauce from Hard Rock Cafe
S: Veggie Patty 1/2 bun
S: Protein Cereal - dry (no milk) Kay's Natural Apple Cinnamon
D: 2 eggs and 2 slices of cheese, 3 pita chips and 3 sour cream and onion chips
Exercise: Walked 10 blocks today!
