Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Sun., October 26th
First of all I hope everyone is having a great day.
Now I would like to ask everyone if they think posting when you are not eating just right hurts more than it helps?
A couple of days ago I read Jean's post that she doesn't list her daily food intake since she's reached goal because it might be too much for others still trying to lose weight. I just hope that others seeing what I'm eating does not negatively influence them. I keep track on fitday.com so it is really not necessary for me to post. What are your thoughts? Z

Sometimes I would get messages from people who didn't understand why I wasn't on "their" diet as prescribed by "their" doctor and such, but even then it's a good way to let people know that there's more than one way to do this!
That being said, here's my info for the day!
FOOD
B: 1/2 a banana (band either doesn't like fresh bananas or I was still too tight since it was morning)
L: Joe's Crab Shack: 2 fried shrimp, 1 fish plank, maybe 4 fries and maybe 5or 6 bites of salad
S: Starbuck's Skinny Venti Caramel latte w/ 4 splenda and no foam
D: Leftovers from doggy bag: 3 shrimp, a fish plank
S: ummm....

EXERCISE
I think our breast cancer walk today ended up being about an hour and forty minutes total!

Leslie, I know you are a RNY'er and I read yours as well, and all I can say is Glod bless ya for eating the soydogs and soyburgers and such....thats one thing I CANNOT handle, so my hats off to ya girl! You look great!

I hope my " bad " days don't influence anyone negatively..................we just all need to keep in mind that every one is an individual and we all have trials and errors. Each of our bodies is unique and needs something different than someone else's may need.

L: Veggie Burger from BK minus the mayo and 1/2 bun
S: 6 P-nut butter crackers
D1: 6 Thai Phoon Shrimp and a salad loaded with edamame, black beans, and chick peas from Ruby Tuesday
D2: 1/4 lb. popcorn shrimp with Medium buffalo sauce and a few fries from BW3's
