Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Sun., October 26th

First of all I hope everyone is having a great day. 
Now I would like to ask everyone if they think posting when you are not eating just right hurts more than it helps?  
A couple of days ago I read Jean's post that she doesn't list her daily food intake since she's reached goal because it might be too much for others still trying to lose weight.  I just hope that others seeing what I'm eating does not negatively influence them.  I keep track on fitday.com so it is really not necessary for me to post.  What are your thoughts?  Z

I've been bad about posting lately so my opinion may not carry as much weight anymore but in the past I've received PM's letting me know how much the newer people appreciate seeing what a daily diet looks like and how we still make mistakes but keep on trucking. 

Sometimes I would get messages from people who didn't understand why I wasn't on "their" diet as prescribed by "their" doctor and such, but even then it's a good way to let people know that there's more than one way to do this!

That being said, here's my info for the day!


FOOD

B:  1/2 a banana (band either doesn't like fresh bananas or I was still too tight since it was morning)

L:  Joe's Crab Shack:  2 fried shrimp, 1 fish plank, maybe 4 fries and maybe 5or 6 bites of salad

S:  Starbuck's Skinny Venti Caramel latte w/ 4 splenda and no foam

D:  Leftovers from doggy bag:  3 shrimp, a fish plank

S:  ummm........a Little Debbie Pumpkin cookie (160 calories)



FLUIDS

17oz crystal light (tea)
17oz water
maybe 8oz of diet soda at restaraunt
15oz milk from Starbuck's coffee
17oz water before bed



EXERCISE

I think our breast cancer walk today ended up being about an hour and forty minutes total!

  I think that if it works for us then we should go right on doing it.. It helps if we know others are reading it, or it does me.. Makes me behave better.. Noone has ever complained, keep posting Z, I will be back on track tomm... Stress eating is OVER... Im gonna roll with the punches!!

My two cents......Even tho I dont post to the accountability thread, I do enjoy looking at it from time to time. Its interesting for a RNY'er to see what the band team is eating. My diet doesnt include the things you guys eat so I guess Im living thru you as I read some of the things you eat. Mine is protein, protein, protein.
Leslie, I know you are a RNY'er and I read yours as well, and all I can say is Glod bless ya for eating the soydogs and soyburgers and such....thats one thing I CANNOT handle, so my hats off to ya girl! You look great!

The good...the bad...the ugly...I post it!  It helps me be accountable to myself and others and helps keep it under control. Somewhat anyways! Still trying to work with this adjustment....intake if weird so bear with me! 

B: coffee w/ pills
L: some weird coffee protein drink sarah found at JayC..actually was good!
D: double beefy cheese burrito w/ sf lemonade
S: Not sure but getting hungry...may have cereal

Please don't stop the thread.  I love it and it has helped me tremendously....you all know how obsessed I am with posting my daily intakes.  lol

I hope my " bad " days don't influence anyone negatively..................we just all need to keep in mind that every one is an individual and we all have trials and errors.  Each of our bodies is unique and needs something different than someone else's may need.

And I have finally played catch up with the past 2 days!

Sunday's  Intake:
B:  1 egg McMuffin minus the meat
L:   Veggie Burger from BK minus the mayo and 1/2 bun
S:   6 P-nut butter crackers
D1:  6 Thai Phoon Shrimp and a salad loaded with edamame, black beans, and chick peas from Ruby Tuesday
D2:  1/4 lb. popcorn shrimp with Medium buffalo sauce and a few fries from BW3's

Exercise:  5K walk in Louisville
