All I can say hon is take that severance package and run like hell!!!! Go back to school, enjoy Katelyn growing up for a few months...Take tons of pictures!!! You are a survivor, and will make it thru this!!! I know you can do it! We are all here to help out emotionally! Just call if you need us!

Dawn, sorry to hear about your job!! I will keep my ears open at the school. They post all the classified (assistants, secretaries, etc) jobs on the board at work. The best thing to do will be to just go to the board and fill out an application for an assistant substitute. Then if anything permanent comes open you will already have your foot in the door. As for school, I am doing the online thing. go to www. kyvu.edu .... it is all the online classes offered through KTCS and some other schools. They have several programs for medical techs and stuff. Some of their programs are for diplomas and certificates so they are only a year or so. Some people don't like doing online classes but I love it. I would not be able to get my degree if I had to go sit in a classroom every night. I def would not be able to afford the gas. I did all my gen ed classes and then transferred to EKU and am getting my bachelors in Juvenile Justice. If you need any help with it let me know I would be glad to help. Otherwise, enjoy some time off!!! We will have more time to walk at Buttermilk Falls!!!
