Making Strides Walk in Louisville Tomorrow !!?!?!?!

Has anyone heard from LaChelle to confirm a meeting place before the walk tomorrow?  Registration is at 12N, right?

I am packing my bag now and looking forward to meeting some of you guys!!!!!!!

I'm hanging out and checking here frequently to see if there's any news myself.

From the website the walk has rolling starts from 1 to 3.  Registration can be as early as 12 though.  I think we were supposed to meet somewhere around 12-ish near the baseball stadium.  I'm sure LaChelle will be along soon to update us but how about if this, if she doesn't make it online for some reason, we could all just plan to meet at the registration booth by 12:30?

Ok, I am now finally able to get online.  I just got home from work a little while ago, and talk about exhausted! Anyway, the way I see it, the best place for us to meet up would be sometime around 12, or a little after, at the baseball field.  It is not too far from the registration, and there is supposed to be parking available there.  We can get registered any time after noon, and start walking at 1.  Pink shirts.......comfy tennis shoes, and a free spirit for a cure!  It is supposed to be in the low 60's, so you may want to bring a light jacket if you have one.  I may have a Pink hoodie or jacket to spare if someone needs one.  Even though everyone signed up online, we will need to fill out a paper registration form, which I will bring with me, or they will have them for us as well.  We will need to make sure to put the team name on it also.....OH Losers.  Simple, yet to the point.  Also, bring a water bottle with you, just in case they aren't going to have fluids along the route.  I have yet to find the route.......every one I have spoken to hasn't the information that we are needing!  Oh well, I guess we will just have to find that out tomorrow when we get there!
I can't wait to see everyone tomorrow.  My girls are already excited and ready to walk tomorrow!!!  It is going to be fun!
Dawn, have you found out if you can join us yet, and did you get the bunny costume?!?!?! LOL 
We will be leaving here by 10:30 am, just so we can get there in time and find a great parking place too.  We are dropping Jimmy off at the Bass Pro shop for his birthday!  He got a gift card from us and he wants to spend it! Feel free to message me or call me anytime tomorrow!  I am ready!

Well crap...where is the baseball field???? I will get online in the morning and figure it out...you know me...i hate to try to find anyplace i have never been before! Lol....I will have the girls with me as well plus one of Aubrey's friends! Will ck back on here in the am! 

OK, see y'all in the morning....Anyone *****ads this though...there are two entrances to the ball field...one facing the street and one on the side which is in the parking lot.  Lett's try and met at the one on the side....I THINK that is off WITHERSPOON (this street is actually behind the ballfield)....if I'm wrong please don't kill me!!

We will be in a four door F-250 diesel Harley Truck with Richard's company logo on it (ARCOM)....if you see us circling and looking lost flag us down!!

Richard and Gracie are going to bike through downtown unless bike are aloowed on this walk which I doubt....

According to the e-mail I got from Laura, the coordinator, bikes are NOT allowed.  Neither are skateboards or roller blades.  And no animals either.  Strollers and wagons are allowed.  We don't have a wagon, or we would bring it.

There is free parking along River Road, in the Witherspoon Garage. Also in the Riverside parking area around Slugger Stadium, and in the Waterfront Park ORANGE AND PURPLE lots. On Main Street east of Floyd St.  You can pay to park at 1st and Main street and the cost will be anything from $3-$5.  (This information has been taken from the e-mail that Laura sent also.)

There will be a designated "On-Line Check-In" on the west side of the registration tent.  We just need to make sure to fill out the paper form as well.
