Hi All,
Took a lazy day today.  Washed a few loads of clothes, was a tidy wife today no real cleaning of the house.   I plan to get some reading done later and maybe eat a pear for snack not sure yet.  Hope the rest of the weekend goes well for everyone.  Take care.  Z

Today's Intake:

B:   1 egg, 1 toast, 1 cheese slice, 1 slice tomatoe
S:   3 ritz crackers, SF rice pudding
L:   PBJ on whole wheat toast
S:  pack of tuna, 3 crackers
D:  6 grilled shrimp, 1/2 c. beans, chips and salsa
S:  6 grilled shrimp
S:  ???  probably a kiwi fruit

Exercise:  Going to get mine tomorrow at the Making Strides Walk!!!!

OK....still trying to get used to this fill. i was not even hungry until 1:00! I did eat a little...

L: CIB and pills
D: 1/2 hamburger patty...maybe 2-3 ozs
S: twisted protein bar

I did eat some popcorn with Sarah as we watched the Sex in the City movie! It was good.
