I just got home from work and am sooooo tired but just had to post!
Hope everyone is off to a good start for the weekend.

My "lifestyle changes" are my challenges now as I can eat more of those naughty carbs and sugars.........I am really having to watch the stress eating, and I have been slacking on my exercise.  I am full of excuses - mostly due to the weather and darkness.........but I've got to come up with a plan and make the time for it. 
By the way, those Protein Shots suck.  I could only drink 1/2 of it last night!  Maybe would like it better if I mixed it with SF kool-aid????

Todays Intake Plan:

B:   1 egg, 1 slice light toast, 1 slice cheese. 1 slice tomatoe
S:   1 nectarine
L:    Fish taco w/ cheese 
S:    EAS strawberry creme drink
D:   Soy Chicken Burger on LC/Whole Wheat bun w/ swiss cheese
S:    ? Not sure - p-nut butter and crackers or a kiwi maybe

Ok  I varied from the plan a little - Had one piece of fish and 3 french fries for dinner, and a tuna taco salad for my second dinner/snack.!  Still not bad and I got in LOTS of protein today  :)

Exercise:  Don't see it happening.  What is wrong with me?  Seems like I have no time..........I know, another excuse.  
Exercise Addendum:  I was on my feet standing and walking for at least 7 1/2 hours today............that has to count for something...........and lifting and carrying!

I was good after I got my fill yesterday and stayed on fluids pretty much so today I upgraded and had some food!

B: Sweet tea
L; 1/2 c chicken salad..sweet tea
D: 1/2 homemade cheeseburger.....could not eat anymore! Possible restriction...yep yep...I finally have some that stopped me from eating! Too kool!

No snacks today either! Wooo hoooo
