Accountability for Thursday October 23, 2008
A good day. Had training for work and it went well. Then I helped a co-worker out by working his shift this evening- so I am at work now. It is going to be a VERY easy shift :)
Haven't had any luck getting in touch with Holli - may look up the hospitals # and try to call in a few. Wondering how she is doing.
Got news this evening that my divorce is final. It was signed off on the 21st and I didn't even know it.
Todays Intake:
B: 1/2 egg biscuit
S: 1.5 oz. hot peanuts
L: 6 inch veggie sub w/ toast bread and provolone cheese from subway,
1/2 pack of light potatoe chips
S: 1 butterfinger stick (90 cal)
D: Another 6 inch veggie sub w/ toast bread and provolone cheese
S: 1 oz. Pepperjack cheese
D2: Plan on having a Super Whey Protein shot in fruit punch flavor - I haven't tried them yet!
S: Plan is to have 1 oz. cheddar cheese, and 1.5 oz. peanuts
Exercise: None :( I am doing horrible in this area.

Well...since I had a fill today I have not eaten anything at all...just drank some lemonade and now water. Not real hungry. I am now at 6cc in a 14cc! Only lost 4 lbs this month...cannot imagine why! Birthday cake, cookies at Beccas along with a plateful of other bad things, a month I am ready to put behind me thank you very much!
