I am back had Kidney Stones

Hello again friends! I did not foreget about you all! I have been down with kindney stones they are the worst things ever! I had to have it lasered so I am much better now. How is everyone doing? Great news I am down 8 more pds and almost 3 pant sizes wow I feel good!

Congrats on the weightloss, new pants size and birthing those stones!!

I have recurrent stones and can vouch for you that they are a the vilest thing going!!

Drink you're water, push the lemon flavors, no tea and cross your fingers you'll not have another one for a LONG LONG time!

I had to have the laser for the Kidney Stones. Not for WLS.
