Today was somewhat better than yesterday.
Work is expected to busy the rest of the week - even more so than usual.
I am really needing to work out a new walking and exercise schedule. It is getting dark so early that I can't get the walks in - I don't like walking alone after dark. Yes, I am a big baby and very distrustful of strangers.
Today"s Intake:
B: 6 crackers w/p-nut butter
L: 1 soy chicken burger on low-carb whole wheat bun w/ swiss cheese, handful of Dorito's
S: 1 oatmeal and cranberry cookie (felt very sick afterwards)
D: 1 soy rib on slice toast
D2: 1 veggie taco, chips and salsa
S: 1 veggie taco ( I make my taco's on low-carb High protein wraps)
Exercise: Walked a mile at work today.....but not very fast.
