L: Sweet tea and 1/2 chicken pizziola sub
D: other half of sub and 24 ozs sf lemonade

Snacks...are you kidding...lol...I am stuffed!

OMG  I forgot about the Biggest Loser!!!!!!

Not a great day for me.  Simply tired.

Today's Intake:

B:   Protein Bar
L:   1/2 bean burrito, 1/2 cheese enchilada
S:   EAS low-carb protein shake
D:   Garden salad, 1/2 c. spaghetti, 1/2 c. baby shrimp, slice of toast
S:   6 crackers w/ p-nut butter and honey
S:   ???  I am wanting something now but not sure if I will eat or what I would eat!

Exercise:   NONE.  Just tons of housework and grocery shopping.
