I am with ya on that Z...I finished off the last of my cashews...must be a nutty kind of day!

L: triple steak burrito...only 1/2 the tortilla
D: 3 ozs pork chop, angel hair pasta and cauliflower- got hung up on the pork and pasta-ouch!

I get hung up on pork too!

Only way I have any luck with it is if it's shredded and in a sauce like BBQ.

OK, the good news is all the leftover cakes and brownies and pies (oh my) were thrown out this morning WITHOUT me nibbling on them first!

I didn't get around to making my morning coffee since I was busy cleaning out the garage.

The not so good news (diet-wise) is that Richard took me out on a lunch date!!   We went to Shoguns.  We split an order of Crunch Munch sushi and Yakisoba Chicken.  We left over half of the chicken dish on the plate and 3 pieces (out of 9) of the sushi.  In out pre-banded lives we could have eaten both of those things on our own!

I nibbled more than I should have between then and supper which SUCKED (burger patty with sauteed mushrooms and onion) so I only ate about 4 bites and then Richard got the hot idea to make microwave s'mores!!   I do love his ideas but sometimes we'd be better off without them!!

LOL...there's always tomorrow!

Hello ALL!   It is Great to be back.

I had a great time being away for the weekend in St. Louis.
Did a lot of wedding dress shopping.  My friend thinks she has decided on one but I am waiting to see the final decision!
Did well each day with my intake.  Feel like I really stayed on track with the exception of not exercising.
Lots of traffic issues......Obama was in St. Louis Saturday, Clinton was there today..................I-64 road work was HORRIBLE coming home.  Then when I got on the Mountain Parkway, I witnessed a truck driving east in the west bound lane - hit a car head on- then turned around and drove off..............so, I followed him, called 911, and gave directions to where he was going, stayed until the state police arrived and apprehended him- he we went to a dead end road and fled on foot!  Then I stayed and gave a written statement since I was an eye witness!  So, needless to say I have had a very long and tiring trip home.

Going to bed now but not before I post my intake today  :)


B:  2 oz. Salmon, lettuce and tomatoe, 1/2 protein bar
S:   2 servings Dortito's, 60 calorie Hershey's dark chocolate stick ( while driving :(  )
L:   Veggie Burger no mayo and 1/2 bun from BK
S:   Protein Bar
D:  6 grilled shrimp, chips and salsa, 1/2 cheese quesadilla

  I dra0nk 64  ounces of water yesterday!!! Im still eating too fast!! I was in pain yesterday afternoon so I did liquids last night and this am...
