Hope every is having a great day. 
I still need about 40 oz of liquids for today and I am watching this piece of pound cake that I brought home my DH will probably make me eat it because he's diabetic and can't have it.
  So far this is my damage for today.

 Hi Z.  I have had about 50 ounces of fluids.. im pretty sure any way... I need to try and down a 20 ounce bottle..
  Ok.. here is todays foods.. but the calories arent right because I ate the toppings off the pizza and about one corner of the crust... So I know I have some slack there but I also remebered I had a snack bag of chps. darn, I need to go adjust it again... grazing on peanuts.. got to stop that!!!! So i know these are a lil high but I didnt eat the crust so It should be ok....

I got alot of stuff done today...would have been more but when I sat down to drink a glass of lemonade...I fell asleep! For 3 hours! Guess I must have needed it!  I was up and at it so early...

B: Yep...biscuits and gravy...lowfat version..lol
L: Bowl of veg soup I made this am
D: Another bowl of veg soup....I could eat this all week...Braedyn  even had some!

S: Maybe some popcorn with Desperate Housewives and Army Wives!

I must say I feel like I made up for yesterday and this am with that soup. It seems to counter balance my bad choices and makes me even feel better!

I'm not back in the saddle yet gals!

Tonight I will finish Lee Ann's potato salad and that dang plate of brownies and THEN i'll be good to go!!

I do have a workout scheduled for 9am tomorrow since I am a Monday Warrior don't ya know!
