Howdy Everyone. I am trying to ask some people for their advise about their choice of the protein powder. I hav a really rough time drinking anything that has a after taste or coating taste to it. Does anyone have any great ideas for me? If you do you can e-mail me at [email protected]
or just send me a message
thanks

Dont stock up a lot before surgery.  Your taste may change a lot after and things u liked before might be nasty after and vice versa.
I never could find one I could tolerate because they were either very nasty or way too sweet tasting and the price im paying is very slow weight loss, major hair loss, and all out feelin sickly.  So please do find something u can tolerate just dont waste a lot of money.
Post on the main board asking for sites that offer samples.  Many places do but they arent free.  Some folks on here may be able to help u out with links to get the samples too.
Best of luck on ur upcoming sugery!!

I have tried a few different powders, and my favorite one is eas super whey, in chocolate, it is easy to mix, and don't taste chalky. reminds me of an almost melted milkshake, also I use a cup you put in the freezer and let it chill then pour your drink into it, makes it better. you can get the eas at sams club in a 5 pound bag, it is like 30 plus dollars. but I highly recommend it.  it comes in a purple bag

I try to get as much of mine in in my food if possible. I use the same as Dawn though if I am making smoothies or want to throw it in something! I also got on the Carnation Instant Breakfast..sugar free if possible...to get it in first thing in the morning and it helps my pills go down easier! That is 13 grams or so right there!
