anyone waiting for medicaid approval?

its been almost 2 weeks since they turned in all my paper work to medicaid and i havent heard a thing im getting aggravated and depressed lmk where u stand or how long it too u to get approval im having lap band a kings daughters medical center in ashland ky

Sorry, I don't have Medicaid.....BUT I am having the LapBand surgery at KDMC too!!! Dr. Wheeler is going to do mine. I have Highmark BCBS and they are suppose to submit my paperwork next week----hopefully Monday. The waiting is the hard part.....

 I can't sleep again so here I am on the pc. Altogether from  the begining it took me 1year for all the dr visits,tests and getting them to get everything the way it should be. Once we had it all and sent it in there were a few times were they tried to say we were missing this or that; and we would have to get something else but when we had evrything right it took about 2 or 3 weeks, then I had to wait another week or so to get the dr to give me a date.I wish you the best my friend.
