Hi Z! As always...one day behind but it is here!  Weird day yesterday...wanted to graze at work...fortunately not alot to do it with!

B: CIB
L: Chicken mushroom pannini
     Orange sunkist soda- 1/2 can

S: 10 saltines, 2 e l fudge cookies, 22 cashews, 10 candy corn
D: Slice of swiss cheese, 2 ozs chicken, 2 bites pot salad and scallopped pot ( had to taste test it before I would serve it to anyone!)
S: bag of micro popcorn

    hi Z... i ONLY HAD 54 OZ WATER yesterday... Im really having a hard time knowing when Im done eating... Twice today I have hurt from eating too  much.. its like my soft stop's have changed... Im not sure what im doing wrong!!!!!!
