UMMM....I just thought of something.....this party on Saturday....are we going by the "don't ask don't tell motto" there too?  I'll tell ya'll right now....i'm having dessert and potato salad!

Why doesn't McDonald's list how much calories is in a sweet tea on the nutritional page???

Well here it goes I didnt do well today I thought but actually less calories than I thought I had

I have to say I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!  I may never meet you in person but I think and talk about you often.  Sometimes I go to bed laughing about something I've read or I'm going door to door with my friends and just bust out laughing thinking about our love hate relationship with the scale.  These things seem mundane to others but really mean a great deal to us.

Long day.  Very tired.  Funeral service went well.  Nice to see family just wi**** was under better cir****tances.

Today's Intake:

B:  10 Almonds, Hershey's Dark Choc. stick
L:   2 slices cheese, toast w/ p-nut butter
S:   2 more slices cheese, 1/4 c. pasta salad, 1 coconut candy (dumped!)
D:   1 c. black eyed pease, 2 bites of hominy
S:    6 crackers
S:    1 veggie burger - no mayo- 1/2 bun from BK

EXERCISE:   No time  :(

Going to bed............good night and sweet dreams  :)
