Hope today has gone well. I have done better today. No more candy, misery loves company so I gave it to a skinny woman.
Liquids - 2 cups of coffee, 60 oz flavored water, 40 oz water.
I am trying to wean myself away from the nuts. However soups and chilis will be a mainstay in my diet until March. Hoping for a better tomorrow. Z

I'm kinda hoping that after this coming weekend I'll get back to a routine that's a bit more conducive to losing weight!
B: StarBECK's skinny caramel latte (8oz milk, 8oz coffee, S/F syrup and 4 splenda)
S: one Sargento's 2% string cheese
L: 1/2 cup Bloehmers canned beef BBQ (140 calories)
S: 1/4 cup Bloehmers canned beef BBQ and 2 saltines
D: 1 cup chili and 6 saltines (I'll likely have another small bowl of chili (i;m trying to wait it out though)
no exercise to speak of but I did drink water throughout the day.......

Glad to see you're back. I know it's hard to report when I'm not doing good but if I don't my lies to myself get bigger. I don't want to discourage those doing right but it makes me ashamed quicker if I put it out there for everyone to see. If I am really bad I get amnesia. Unfortunately I'll probably have another cup of soup tonight myself. If I don't hear from you, have a great weekend.
