Hope today has gone well.  I have done better today.  No more candy, misery loves company so I gave it to a skinny woman.

I'm here for once and I'm ready to report!!! 


LOL....I can't vouch for tomorrow though!!      I'm kinda hoping that after this coming weekend I'll get back to a routine that's a bit more conducive to losing weight!



B: StarBECK's skinny caramel latte (8oz milk, 8oz coffee, S/F syrup and 4 splenda)
S:  one Sargento's 2% string cheese 
L:  1/2 cup Bloehmers canned beef BBQ  (140 calories)
S:  1/4 cup Bloehmers canned beef BBQ and 2 saltines
D:  1 cup chili and 6 saltines (I'll likely have another small bowl of chili (i;m trying to wait it out though)

no exercise to speak of but I did drink water throughout the day.......

Glad to see you're back.  I know it's hard to report when I'm not doing good but if I don't my lies to myself get bigger.  I don't want to discourage those doing right but it makes me ashamed quicker if I put it out there for everyone to see.  If I am really bad I get amnesia.  Unfortunately I'll probably have another cup of soup tonight myself.  If I don't hear from you, have a great weekend.

My biggest problem is on days where amnesia sets in and I couldn't begin to tell you half the stuff I ate!  I'm either on track and journaling or I'm not!

    Hi Ladies!!!! Im here!!! I did ok today calorie wise... but I made up for it,lol...
 I drank GET READY FOR THIS!!! 64 ounces of water,,20 ounces of sweet tea(mc d's)  I did good water wise.... the crack tea i have no idea how to list it under calories...
no exercise at all!!! it was raining!! ugh

Dawn, McCrack tea is under the don't ask don't tell policy.  If you ask them they will probably tell you.  But believe me you don't want to know.  When I was on it I did not ask.

Ok all you sexy slimming mamas! Lets see what you got! I did great til a couple minutes ago...say goodbye to the last piece of cake! I should have done like Z and gave it to some damn skinny woman....too late!
