OK...those sclaes were off!

I got home..did not go to the bathroom...did not drink anything...nothing and went straight to the scales! I weighed 4 pounds less than what it read at the meeting! Same as before I left! Same as Dr Allen's scales! So be at ease and know they were wrong! I hope this puts those ladies at ease....not mentioning names......lol....I for one was so happy! I like those lower numbers! Wooohoooo!!!

Mine was right on the mark!

183.6 at home and 183.5 at the meeting....

I was just excited when I plugged in my height as an inch higher the first time and the print out told me my BMI was under 30!!  Then like a dumb bunny I had to go correct it.....oh well, for 10 minutes there I was no longer listed as obese....

I ACTUALLY forgot to step on mine this morning!! 

I have head cold and forgot a lot this morning!  Got Richard and Gracie off this morning and climbed into the recliner and went back to sleep until about 45 minutes ago.  I've had coffee since then so I CAN'T weight now......

Oh well, I'm off to find some day-quil and then to steam my carpets in the basement so I have a clean house this weekend!
