  Ok last night got me all fired up and ready to loose again...
According to the lil sheet from George's scales.. I should be eating under 1655 calories to loose weight.. so here is today's menu and I have all ready had 10 oz milk, and 02- 20 ounce waters.. will do1 more 20 ounce bottle... Exercise, i'm cleaning house... and will try to get a walk into tonight.. I have no idea if it will happen or not but will try.. Think Im gonna have to get a different treadmill so I can get in some time here at the house..kk im done ramblin...

I think I ate pretty crappy but my numbers were good...so where do I really stand?

Another busy day - but it went ok.  No drama at home tonight.   Thank God.  After work, I fixed dinner, then went for  a long walk.  My usual place was closed as they had sealed the track and had it roped off so no one could walk on it.  So, I drove to the lake and walked until it was too dark to see!  Not even sure how far I walked, but it was about 1 1/2 hrs. worth at a pretty fast pace.  I feel good now.

Going to VA tomorrow evening after work (less than a 2 hr. drive) for funeral visitation for my uncle.  I am coming back home afterwards as I have to be at work on Friday morning at 6 am  :( 

But then I get to leave for St. Louis after work!!!!   So I may not get to post for a few days.  I am not coming home until Monday!!!!!!!  I can't wait to see my friend.  It has been 2 yrs. since we have seen each other.  I am kind of anxious to see her reaction when she sees me.  She hasn't seen me post-op yet!!!!!  And not sure if she has seen pictures or not!!!!!  We are shopping for her wedding dress, choosing bridesmaid dresses, and doing lots of girly stuff.  I need that girl time.  Just wish I had more spending money.

Feels like I have grazed too much today, but here is the Daily Intake:

S:   1 c. garden salad w/ mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. fresh fruit salad
S:   ????  I know I don't need one but I feel another one coming on- not sure what!  Maybe P-nut butter and crackers????

Exercise:   A really LONG walk at the lake at a fast pace!!!!!!

Not sure what happened at that meeting last night but I have a feeling I am glad I wasn't there??????   LOL-Just Kidding.   Have a good night everyone!

Hi everyone.  Still on crack but I am coming down.  Tomorrow will be 11 months into my band.  I hope I get my head on straight so that at least by Nov 16th I will be in Onederland.  I am sabotaging myself less today.  My hope is that I start a new lease on my band tomorrow and adhere strickly to it.
