Today I ran all day,.. I did get in 50 ounces water.. no milk today.. here's the damage
What do you do when you dont eat the bun??? oh... I forgot the three fries I had too... And the ice cream was a blizzard so I picked the highest cal ice cream I could find... so its a lil off but really close..

Hello Z and Dawn! Hello everyone else that is getting ready to post :)
A VERY busy day at work. A STRESSFUL evening at home. Ended up going out and driving around just to think.
Things are ok now.
My great-uncle passed away and I may be making a trip to VA for services. Waiting to hear the arrangements. He was 95, had fallen, then gotten pneumonia............... passed away in his sleep at the hospital. Guess if I live to be 95, I'd like to go that way too. At least he wasn't bed fast, was in his right mind, and was mobile......he had a good life.
Didn't do well with my eating today. But here goes...............
Today's Intake:
B: Handful of dorito's and 1/2 banana
S: 3 P-nut butter crackers
L: Tuna, more dorito's
D: slice of cheese, green beans w/onion, small baked potatoe w/ butter and sour cream
D2: 1 piece fish from LJS, few fries, bite of cole slaw, 1 hushpuppy
S: slice of cheese
Exercise: Bad evening at home and I let it negatively influence me to not walk. That is when I should be walking as it helps relax me.

lunch - 2 1/2 chicken wings and the bacon, cheese and a few bites of lettuce with ranch dressing
dinner - 2 chicken wings, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw
snack - chicken thigh, sugar free popsicles and crunchy peanut butter with crackers
