Here I am starting this post again.  I still feel weird starting them - so anyone else, please do so!
Had today off with Holiday pay :)  Sweet.
Really enjoyed my day although it has been a busy one. 
Did some housework as usual, went to the grocery, fixed lunch for Holli and I. 
Went walking, Holli sprained her ankle.  I feel horrible about that. 
 
Have almost gotten all of the photos divided between me and my ex.  Big job there - very time consuming.  Got to call tomorrow to check on the divorce status and see if our papers have been signed.  I have one closet left in the house to go through.  I have been packing things up for him as I organize / nest!  I know - I'm co-dependent and help too much sometimes.  Can't help it.  Think I have to take care of everyone.....reminding myself that I need to take care of me and my son for now.  We talked some this evening.  If he can't get a transfer soon, he is going to go ahead and move out.  I think that will make it easier on both of us.  Harder on me financially but easier emotionally.

Wore a new pair of shorts today - had gotten 2 pair at Wal-mart the other day for $3 each.  They are size 4!!!!!  That is unbelievable.  They have to be big for their size.  I was wearing size 14 just four months ago!  I don't see me as a size 4 AT ALL!  Still weighing between 153-155....it has been varying each day.

Today's Intake:

B:  1 egg, slice of cheese, 2 strips of soy bacon
L:   Garden Salad w/ Creole and Peppered Shrimp, 1/3 c. of homemade soup w/ soy crumbles
S:  1/2 c. mixed fruit
D:  1 c. soup, 1/3 c. potatoes, 1/3 c. green beans, slice of toast
S:   slice of toast w/ cheese and tomatoe, 4 P-nut butter crackers

Exercise:  Walking - 1.2 miles after lunch ; Walking - 1.2 miles after dinner    TOTAL:  2.4 miles!

I have to say lunch was pretty good !

My ankle is a lil sore. I don't think it will get too bad.

That is awesome that those are size 4 !

You do the posts so well...keep it up! I am actually on the same day I ate....Wooo hooo! I ate like a pig today. I ate cake dammit and enjoyed every sugary bite!   I am regretting it now...tummy does not like the frosting I guess. Very bubbly and loud!  The girls were upset because Dale did not sing h-bday to me when they did, but then did they really expect him to? I sure didn't.  I enjoyed the evening with the girls and Braedyn. We crawled on the floor and chased each other.....he is a blast and I got in a little exercise! Not enough to burn anything but at least I moved!

Here is the damage....

L: triple steak burrito and sweet tea (these suckers are huge...could not finish
D: 2 fried chicken legs and mac n cheese w/ french style green beans
S: cake...huge piece!

Fluids: 96 ozs!
Protein: 101 grams
Calories.....lets just say I exceeded my 1400 and leave it at that!

 Leslie your doing a great job!! I started it sunday but it disappeared? who knows... I worked 13 hours yesterday but I got my fluids in..
24oz gatoraide, 2- 20 ounce waters, 10 ounces milk 1percent..

I am using fitday and kinda digging it. I realize im eating way too many calories to loose good... Dr.Shina would like to see you eat 900 in the loosing phase..I think I might need another fill to loose the last 30.. or get my butt in gear and put exercise first... But its getting darker earlier and it screws me over big time... Here's my food
