Hi Everyone!  Hope you have had a great weekend.
Thank god it is my Friday.  I worked all weekend and still didn't get anything done!  I am off tomorrow and going back on Tues.    Just got back from dinner with Donovan.  Ate too much too fast and now my tummy hurts.

Today's Intake:
B:   doritos, bite of banana
L:   Shrimp and pasta Lean Cuisine Meal
S:  Tuna and SF Rice Pudding
S:  Slice of cheese, veggie weiner on bun w/mustard, handful of chips
D:  refried beans, pico de gallo, and chips w/ salsa

EXERCISE:  None.  Worked all day.

EXERCISE; WENT SQUIRREL HUNTING, SO GOT LOTS OF WALKING UP AND DOWN HILLS, ONLY 1 SQUIRREL, SAW LOTS OF DEER.

thank God the protein shakes are kicking in and my sugar cravings are back under control

breakfast, sausage and eggs, one slice high protein toast with butter, coffee and sf creamer
protein shake
lunch - crunchy taco supreme and pintos and cheese
dinner - dreamfields pasta made into a baked ziti with lots of meat and cheese
snack - sf popsicles and kashi go lean crunch cereal with whole milk

D: i slice cheese pizza and toppings off 1 slice the meats.
 No snacks!!!!!  64 ozs fluids! Yipee!
