Hi Tammy, I have never tried soy protein... I use the body fortress from walmart. I get the chocolate and I love it! After trying a dozen or so different kinds/brands of powder, I said what the heck and tried what a lot of people on here recommended... and that stuff is the only kind I could stand without having to "choke" it down.

I'm going to have to try the Body Fortress!

Just want to throw in a testimonial for the No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast.  When made with milk it totals out at 13 protein.  Not the highest count out there but pretty tasty (I make mine warm like cocoa) and it works when you are just looking to add a little more protein to your solid diet.

The LOW CARB Slimfast isn't so bad either! IT has 20 grams of protein per shake! I rec. only the chocolate one though!

I have found that Syntrax Protein Nectar is very tasty.  You can order it from smartbodynutrition.com

I do two protein drinks a day, not because I have to but because I think it satisfies my hunger.  They are not meal replacements for me.  I use Champion Pro Whey Chocolate and Banana Scream.   If you are interestted PM me and I'll give you details.  I am very serious about the benefits of protein and truly believe it helps keep my sugar cravings to a minimum.
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
