  Ok ladies.. Its time to fess up.. WWhat have you done the past twelve days??? My ticker hasnt even been updated for this month because I am running on fumes..  but We got the truck replaced, got the boat back and it's going back to the shop because its half butt fixed... grrrrr....  and garage quotes are coming in.... So it will be back to normal soon....
  SO IM LONG WINDED.. SUE ME!!! LOL!! I MISSSSSS YOU GALS!!!!!
   Octobers total number for me so far is 111 minutes..
Which means I have to now do 45 minutes a day to stay on track... I can try to do that... lol...
  SO my happy friends where you at for october... AND HOW DO YOU FEEL????

Well you are rockin since that fill girl! Congrats! Glad you got some wheels! Now you have no excuses! Lol...I have been slacking on recording my stuff as well. Cannot wait to see ya Tuesday! Keep that loss going! I need to update the ticker...

I have done 360 minutes!! I'm so proud of myself this month. It has been easier than I originally thought. When I work I take two 15 minute walks.. sometimes three 10 minute walks. I don't think I'll have a problem reaching my 600 mins.The scale isn't really moving down but I am maintaining.. I can deal with that. lol
I had a really hectic last couple of days. My little boy just turned 3 on the 10th.. Time flies. He had a wonderful party..and now I am offically broke and pooped lol

I AM LOVING THIS WEATHER! Fall if my fav. time of year.

way to go Katrina!!! and your right time flies!!!! Todd and I are even tossing the idea of having a number two around due to the fact that mine is almost five and it's killing us to see her get so big... It scares me though to think of getting pregnant with a band...

I still haven't figured out how to add my ticker or where to add my ticker,
and I haven't been keeping count.. UGH I suck!..LOL
How do you count all those stairs I climbed the last two days to those water slides..LOL
Anyways.. I really need to figure out the ticker thing.

My ticker is up-to-date (I don't remember what it says though without being able to look at it).  

I'm starting to get behind if I'm going to make my goal this month though......I missed my workout Friday due to commitments with Gracie's school so it's a valid excuse but still not good enough!!

I've done 240 minutes.  I'm only exercising 3 days a week right now instead of 5.  I knew that October was going to be busy but it's crazy busy. 

And I feel better than I have in years.

Well, I guess I can say that I am ahead of schedule, and haven't been able to go to the gym each day.  I do get 30 minutes of walking in each day at work, so that is where I get my main excercise.  Now, of course, don't forget the walk on the 26th, because that will be at least a good HOUR that we can take off our tickers!  Who knows, if we get to walking and talking, we may just take our own sweet time, and drag it out to 2 or 3 HOURS! hehe! LOL
Glad to hear you have the truck going and all that good stuff. It takes it one day at a time.
