Today's Intake:
B: Protein Cereal
L: Tuna and Cheese Lasagna (weird combo - I know!)
S: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice cheese and 1/2 slice bread
D1: 1 slice cheese and banana pepper pizza, slice of cheese, tea
D2: 1/2 Tilapia fillet, fresh pineapple salsa, few peanuts, and 1/2 c. fries w/ ranch dressing and melted cheese (at Reno's)
S: If anything - a SF fudgesicle
Exercise: Walked 1.8 miles after work this evening! It was a beautiful evening to be outside.
Been a busy day. Worked, ate, walked, and folded / put away laundry! Making travel plans for next weekend. Going to St. Louis to help my girlfriend from college shop for her wedding dress!
