Hello to everyone and hope you guys are having a great weekend.

Today's Intake:

B:    Protein Cereal
L:    Tuna and Cheese Lasagna (weird combo - I know!)
S:    2 boiled eggs, 1 slice cheese and 1/2 slice bread
D1:  1 slice cheese and banana pepper pizza, slice of  cheese, tea
D2:  1/2 Tilapia fillet, fresh pineapple salsa, few peanuts, and 1/2 c. fries w/ ranch dressing and melted cheese (at Reno's)
S:   If anything - a SF fudgesicle

Exercise:  Walked 1.8 miles after work this evening!  It was a beautiful evening to be outside.

Been a busy day.  Worked, ate, walked, and folded / put away laundry!  Making travel plans for next weekend.  Going to St. Louis to help my girlfriend from college shop for her wedding dress!

Hi girlies!!! how ya'll doing?
   We have ran like chicks with out heads for the last few days... HECTIC!!!!!!

d- a few bites of roll, 4 bites of steak, omg it was soooo good. A  few bites baked pot, few bites of green beans,  and a GINORMOUS Jamacian cowboy margarita at texas roadhouse... mmmmmmmmmm great...
s- the icing and three bites of cupcakes of two cupcakes.. my mother in laws birthday!!

Well Dawn, not  too great! I'm only at 170 minutes for the month, the scales are sliding up not down and I have 3 weeks till my next fill. My lowest weigh in was down 27, today after good exercise, water, and food I'm up to 25. I have been bouncing between these 2 numbers for a week and a half. I may need to stop weighing everyday.
